Dear church family,
Finally the sun has broken through the winter clouds and spring has begun to steal back into our gardens and paint the sky blue. Change is in the air, and a change for the better! Certainly the decreasing numbers of new COVID cases gives cause for hope. Praise God for his goodness to us all!
This week we conclude our series of sermons on Galatians, and it’s all about Pride and Humility, and those things as Christians we can rightly boast in (hint – not our on goodness, but God’s grace!).
Next week is Father’s Day, and I will be doing a one off sermon from the prodigal son entitled ‘Give Dad a Call’. This would be a good service to invite your ‘not yet Christian’ family and friends, as I will be using the story to both explain the gospel and to encourage both you and those who are not yet Christian to reconnect or connect for the first time with their heavenly father. It’s also never been easier to invite others – a simple email with a link to our youtube channel – just copy and paste this link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMWS6M0gMEFKCZoHfjQpsyA and tell them to watch any time after 9am next Sunday – why not give it a go?
