Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed Victoria will begin a five-day stage four lockdown from midnight tonight, in response to fears the “hyper-infectious” UK strain is spreading faster than contact tracers can keep up. From 11:59PM, Victoria will return to stage four lockdown restrictions. Practically that means that in-person services will be paused for this Sunday
